Presentation
It is in the heart of Versailles that Mélissa, Ronan and Hugo have created the Brasserie du Roi. The only brewery in Versailles where they offer their organic craft beers produced on site, and workshops to make your own beer or tasting workshops.
It was in the heart of Versailles in the Yvelines that we decided to create the Brasserie du Roi in 2020.
The Brasserie du Roi's objective is to introduce craft beer to everyone and for everyone with 100% organic ingredients and by prioritising short circuits.
In the only microbrewery in Versailles, located on rue Montbauron, we produce organic, tasty and authentic craft beers.
All our beers reflect the combination of craft culture and the history of Versailles, where the Sun King was born.
Here is our permanent range of beers:
La Royale, (Lager): ultra fresh blonde beer brewed in low fermentation with infusion of orange peel, historical fruit of the Versailles castle.
L'Impériale (IPA): blond with a nice bitterness and a flowery finish due to the use of very aromatic hops.
La Concubine: (White IPA): a top-fermented white IPA. This gives it a citrus taste mixed with a strong floral bouquet.
La Trois Mousquetaires (Triple): Belgian style blonde ale, brewed in high fermentation with accents of honey and spices.
La Favorite (Pale Ale): a light and thirst-quenching blonde beer. Its sweetness and fruity aromas will delight amateurs and neophytes alike.
La Duchesse (Red ale): a high fermentation beer with tasty notes of caramelised malts and a beautiful red colour.
Other event-driven and seasonal beers are also available.
The whole team welcomes you to share their passion for beer with you and also to pass on their know-how of traditional brewing through our brewing and tasting workshops.

Shop hours: Tuesday to Thursday from 10am to 7pm, Friday from 10am to 10pm and Saturday from 10am to 8pm. Brewing workshop times: every Friday from 6pm to 10pm and every Saturday from 2pm to 6pm. Tasting workshop times: once a month from 7pm to 9:30pm
