During the day, a contemporary cafe in an exceptional setting, open to everyone.
Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Pastries.
In the evening, an exceptional restaurant for private events.
A menu inspired by the Court, with contemporary flavours.
Located at the heart of the Pavillon Dufour, the refitting of which was entirely entrusted to the architects Dominique Perrault and Frédéric Didier, Ore is a place inscribed in its times. Contemporary reinterpretations of historical decorative themes evoke the splendour of the Sun King. An exceptional setting and view for a unique place, open to all during the day. For having a break or a meal during the opening times of the château. Ore, which means "mouth" in Latin, refers to the pleasures of the palate, deeply rooted in the French way of life, and particularly, here in Versaille, to the services of the Bouche du Roi, in charge of preparing the meals that were served at court.
A contemporary cuisine inspired by history. During the day, a menu with a French spirit. Classics of our cuisine, as well as quick, light dishes for a snack, desserts, and gourmet pastries.
As always, Alain Ducasse has taken the greatest care regarding the selection and quality of the produce, with a generous place reserved for vegetables. Perfectly mastered dishes forming a delicious, gourmet, seasonal menu.
In the evening, an exceptional restaurant. When the château empties of visitors, the restaurant becomes the theatre for grand diners, as in the times of the King, for exclusive events. A dramatization evoking the pomp of bygone days in the restored chambers. Historical menus, the porcelain of Marie-Antoinette, exclusively reproduced, a French-style service, elegantly dressed staff. A personalised organisation across a vast area of 500 m2, divided into several areas: two dining rooms and three intimite salons, for events (cocktails or dinner), for between 2 and 120 people. The site may be privately booked, partially or as a whole.
