Access
By car:
Go round the Bougival church on the left into rue Croix-aux-vents, as far as the forest car park, then walk 350 m along the avenue of lime trees to the end.
By public transport:
Pedestrians from Paris:
- RER A towards Saint-Germain-en-Laye, Chatou-Croissy station, exit the station at the head of the same platform.
Then take Bus D towards Gare de Bougival, or Centre Commercial Parly 2, get off at Bougival, La Poste station.
Go to the church, walk past it and turn left into rue Croix-aux-Vents as far as the forest car park. Walk 350 m along the avenue of lime trees to the end (a total of 800 m on foot).
- RER A get off at Nanterre Préfecture and take Bus 259 to Saint-Germain-en-Laye.
Get off at La Chaussée-Musée Tourguéniev.
Go through the gate on the left of the hotel and follow the fence. 250 m of footpath.
- By metro Line 1 get off at La Défense. Go to the bus station and take Bus 258, change at Rueil-Malmaison and take Bus 259 at the same stop. Get off at La Chaussée-Musée Tourguéniev, cross the road and follow the large sign.
- By train Gare St Lazare: Transilien line L towards St Nom la Bretèche, Gare de Bougival then take Bus D behind the car park at the back of the station towards "Gare de Chatou Croissy", get off at Bougival, la poste. or walk down to the church and follow the directions in paragraph Bus D
