For the Easter holidays, CapsuleMarket has just welcomed chocolatier Nicolas Saussereau, an artisan trained at the Ferrandi gastronomic school. His passion for chocolate has led him to focus on pralines using quality ingredients such as hazelnuts from Piedmont in Italy. He opened a chocolate factory in Chevreuse and another in Le Perray-en-Yvelines. Come and discover his creations at CapsuleMarket and more particularly his signature Easter selection, a caramel/mango/passion egg with Honduras bean and Piedmont hazelnut!
