Presentation

Extracts from Dowland, Purcell, Lawes and Lanier will form the basis of a musical repertoire for an educational project based on English music of the 17th century!
On the initiative of Benjamin Perrot, the teaching team of the Centre de musique baroque de Versailles (CMBV) has invited the singers, students in advanced training in baroque singing, and instrumentalists from the CRR de Versailles Grand Parc to spend a month working on English music of the 17th century, with a master class by Damien Guillon, conductor in residence at the CMBV in 2024-2025.
