Espace Richaud – Admission Ticket – Self-Guided Visit
Presentation
Come and visit the former Royal Hospital of Versailles, the Espace Richaud, during its temporary exhibitions.
A heritage from the 18th century, the former Royal Hospital of Versailles, designed by architect Charles-François Darnaudin from plans by Ange-Jacques Gabriel, houses a monumental chapel topped with a majestic dome. Carefully restored, this listed Historic Monument has regained its full splendor and now reveals itself under a new light.
Renamed Espace Richaud in 2015, it only opens its doors for major temporary exhibitions. Each visit is therefore a rare opportunity to enter this unique site, where heritage and art meet through a rich and surprising program.
