Presentation

Around the Notre-Dame Market, students discover the culinary customs of the royal era, when French gastronomy was just beginning to emerge: they learn the surprising recipes that were the delight of fine gourmets, or how the Court was supplied. They will enjoy making a stopover at a few craftsmen (caterer, cheese maker, confectioner depending on the day) who will explain the specificities of their know-how inherited from history.
