Presentation

The Friends of Georges Bizet follow in the footsteps of the great singer and pedagogue Pauline Viardot, with a weekend of masterclasses and concerts at Villa Viardot.
Six voice-piano duos, selected to prepare for Lied and Mélodie competitions, will be guided by Philippe Biros, professor at the CNSMD in Lyon, the CRR in Paris, and the Maîtrise Notre-Dame de Paris, during these exceptional public sessions.

  • Parvati Maeder, mezzo-soprano (Schola Cantorum Basiliensis, CRR de Paris) & Joël Keller, piano (CNSMDP, CRR de Paris – in residence at Villa Viardot from May to October 2025)
