INFORMATION ABOUT THE TICKETS

• Undated tickets : Enjoy flexibility with our undated tickets, allowing you to choose the date that suits you best between Friday 29th March and Sunday 27th October 2024 (see the list below for the dates of the Musical Fountains Show).
• Paper tickets: Reserved tickets are physical tickets and must be collected from the Versailles Tourist Information Office. Once you have made your reservation online, please present yourself at the Tourist Information Office with your voucher to collect your tickets.

• The Musical Fountains Shows take place :

    Every Saturday and Sunday from 30 March to 27 October 2024.
    Every Tuesday from 7 May to 25 June 2024.
  • Certain public French holidays:
    Good Friday, on 29th March 2024,
    Easter Monday, on 1st April 2024,
    Wednesday, on 8th May 2024,
    Ascension Day, on 9th May 2024,
    Whit Monday, on 20th May 2024,
    Assumption, on 15th August 2024.

• Undated tickets: In case of unforeseen circumstances, tickets are valid for all dates of the Musical Fountains Shows 2024 (refer to the list above for all dates of the Musical Gardens).
  When booking, select the date you plan to visit the Versailles Tourist Information Office to collect your tickets.
• Paper tickets: The tickets are not e-tickets. They are to be collected at the reception of the Versailles Tourist Information Office; it will not be possible to access the gardens of the Palace of Versailles with just the reservation confirmation received by email.
  Address of the Versailles Tourist Information Office: Place Lyautey - 78000 Versailles (opposite the RER C station "Versailles Château Rive Gauche"); open from Tuesday to Sunday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

• This ticket is valid for single entry (through the Cour des Princes only). Any exit is final.
• This ticket does not include: Entry to the Palace of Versailles, entry to the Domaine de Trianon, the Musical Gardens and th Night Fountains Shows, skip-the-line access to the entrance of the Gardens (you will have to queue for security checks and ticket control).
• For security reasons and as part of the Vigipirate plan, the Versailles Grand Parc Tourism and Congress Office is not required to keep any luggage in storage during a visit. Thank you for your understanding.
