Presentation

Take a trip to the cocoa plantations! As an expert and enthusiast, I invite you to discover the sensory qualities of chocolate, in the same way as oenology, and to enjoy a unique bonding experience! An engaging experience that will leave a lasting impression on your employees!
I'm offering you 3 event formats based on a commitment to the origin of raw materials, a reflection on our role as consumers, and my partnership with disabled people.

1. A participative "discovery & tasting" workshop with team quizzes
114 years ago, my great-grandfather, Pierre FORTIN, created the Chocolaterie de l'Abbaye de Tinchebray and I am Anne FORTIN, a chocolate maker, proud of this family heritage.
Through a tasting session starting with the cocoa pod, I will unveil the mysteries of chocolate making. We'll talk about origins, culture and history. And remember that chocolate drinks were already fashionable at the court of Versailles, introduced by Anne of Austria ...., whose first name and passion I bear!
Come and explore the flavours of exceptional chocolates and leave with a few anecdotes and secrets...
You're guaranteed to awaken your senses on a fun and unique EVASION!

2 A multi-activity challenge!
Participants, in teams, move from workshop to workshop to take part in various activities within and between teams:
Quizzes, creations, tastings, brainstorming, games around cocoa & chocolate

3 personalised events for a fun, cultural, educational or gourmet touch
*Possibility of offering cocoa products and chocolates to participants and challenge winners.
* Groups: from 6 to several hundred participants
* Duration: short (10 minutes) to long (3 hours).
