Presentation

I invite you to join me in exploring the world of cocoa and chocolate, plunging into the world of cocoa plantations and discovering the sensory qualities of chocolate, in the same way as oenology. A unique and unforgettable experience!
Whether you're a simple chocolate lover or an enlightened enthusiast, EVASION CACAO invites you to embark on a unique and exciting gustatory journey.

114 years ago, my great-grandfather, Pierre FORTIN, founded the Chocolaterie de l'Abbaye de Tinchebray and I'm Anne FORTIN, an artisan chocolatier, proud of this family heritage.

Through a tasting session starting with the cocoa pod, I will unveil the mysteries of chocolate making. We'll talk about origins, culture and history. And remember that chocolate drinks were already fashionable at the court of Versailles, introduced by Anne of Austria... whose first name and passion I bear!

Just like oenology, come and explore the flavours of exceptional chocolates and leave with anecdotes and secrets...
A fun and unique EVASION to awaken your senses!
