Formerly Patricia's Cooking Workshop, we are taking up the torch of culinary discovery and transmission, around our
central island. From macaroons to foie gras, via Paris-Brest and the South-Western Burger. From food and wine pairing to homemade chouquettes and
and homemade tapas... We combine seasonal cuisine with the great classics of French gastronomy, but always with a little twist
