During the workshop, Julie will guide you step by step through this traditional craft, which involves creating decorative items from knotted threads.
Macramé is an activity suitable for everyone, ideal for unwinding whilst giving free rein to your creativity.
During this workshop, you will make a macramé hanger for a glass jar, into which you can place an LED candle to create a lovely, soft and cosy atmosphere. A decorative piece that’s perfect for adding a touch of bohemian style to your home.
The glass jar and LED candle are provided, along with all the materials needed to make your creation. A range of thread colours will be available for you to personalise your piece. You can also add optional wooden beads to jazz up your hanging decoration and make it even more unique.
At the end of the workshop, you’ll take home your creation and the basics of macramé so you can continue crafting at home. A lovely creative experience to share!
