TICKET INFORMATION

• Electronic tickets: Once the booking is made, you will receive your electronic tickets by email. Tickets must be presented at the entrance to the Gardens of the Palace of Versailles, with the necessary documents in case of a reduced rate.

  Available for children aged 6 to 17 inclusive, students (upon presentation of a valid student card - the only accepted proof), large families (upon presentation of a valid large family card) and disability cardholders (+1 accompanying person).
• Free: €0.00
• Granted for children aged 0 to 5 inclusive, holders of the "Château de Versailles Spectacles" card, "1 year in Versailles" (solo or duo), and "Société des Amis de Versailles" card. No ticket reservation is required.
• Proof of eligibility will be requested at the entrance to the gardens.

  Every Tuesday from 6 May to 24 June.
  Special dates: Friday 18 April, Monday 21 April, Thursday 8 May, Thursday 29 May, Monday 9 June, Monday 14 July and Friday 15 August.
• Exceptional opening of the groves: from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm*
• Fountain displays:
  
  * Please note, early closure at 5:30 pm on Saturday 24 May (Versailles Electro), Sunday 26 October, and on Saturdays from 7 June to 20 September 2025.
• Strolling tour, no seating available.
• The Musical Fountains Show takes place regardless of weather conditions.

• Undated tickets: In case of unforeseen circumstances, tickets are valid on any date of the 2025 Musical Fountains Show (refer to the list below for all dates).
  The date indicated at the time of booking is for information purposes only.
• Electronic tickets: Once the reservation is made, you will receive your electronic tickets by email. Tickets must be presented at the entrance to the Gardens of the Palace of Versailles, along with any necessary documentation if a reduced rate applies.
• This ticket is valid for one entry (access via Cour des Princes, Petite Venise, Ménagerie or Neptune Gate). A second entry is possible via a different gate from the one used for the first entry. Any exit is final.
• This ticket does not include: Entry to the Palace of Versailles, the Trianon Estate, the Night Fountains Show and Musical Gardens, nor fast-track access to the Gardens (you will need to queue for security and ticket checks).
• For security reasons and as part of the Vigipirate plan, the Versailles Grand Parc Tourist Office and Convention Bureau is not required to store any luggage during a visit. Thank you for your understanding.
