- Electronic tickets: Once the booking is made, you will receive your electronic tickets by email. Tickets must be presented at the entrance to the Gardens of the Palace of Versailles, with the necessary documents in case of a reduced rate.

- Granted for children aged 0 to 5 inclusive, holders of the "Château de Versailles Spectacles" card, "1 year in Versailles" (solo or duo), and "Société des Amis de Versailles" card. No ticket reservation is required.
- Proof of eligibility will be requested at the entrance to the gardens.

- Exceptional opening of the groves: from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm*
* Please note, early closure at 5:30 pm on Saturday 16th May, Sunday 25th October, Saturday 31st October, Sunday 1st November, and on Saturdays from 6 June to 19 September 2026.
- Strolling tour, no seating available.
- The Musical Fountains Show takes place regardless of weather conditions.
- Undated tickets: In case of unforeseen circumstances, tickets are valid on any date of the 2026 Musical Fountains Show (refer to the list below for all dates).

- Electronic tickets: Once the reservation is made, you will receive your electronic tickets by email. Tickets must be presented at the entrance to the Gardens of the Palace of Versailles, along with any necessary documentation if a reduced rate applies.
- This ticket is valid for one entry (access via Cour des Princes, Petite Venise, Ménagerie or Neptune Gate). A second entry is possible via a different gate from the one used for the first entry. Any exit is final.
- This ticket does not include: Entry to the Palace of Versailles, the Trianon Estate, the Night Fountains Show and Musical Gardens, nor fast-track access to the Gardens (you will need to queue for security and ticket checks).
- For security reasons and as part of the Vigipirate plan, the Versailles Grand Parc Tourist Office and Convention Bureau is not required to store any luggage during a visit. Thank you for your understanding.
