Chapel and museum of the high school hoche
Presentation
Located in the heart of the old convent founded by Louis XV's wife, the chapel is a jewel of neoclassical architecture.
Its chapel is a gem of Neo-Classic art and has just undergone total restoration, which was completed in 2011. The school had over 500 pupils when the nuns were expelled in 1792.
Napoleon I turned it into a secondary school for boys and it became the Lycée Hoche in 1888.

Mainly scientists, fine collections of the Museum of school Hoche consist of objects of natural sciences and natural sciences used for some in the eighteenth century. for the education of children of France. The others were gathered for high school students in the nineteenth century. and are as beautiful and interesting. The museum also presents on the occasion of exhibitions, documents relating to the history of the school.

The museum is opened on Tuesdays from 4.30 to 6.30 pm and on the first Saturday of each month from 10 am to 1 pm (except during school holidays) The chapel is only accessible during guided tours
