- Hot versions: Roquefort gougères, tuna pastillas, cod and smoked sausage accras, crème brûlée with foie gras or peas, honey-mint goat's cheese crisp, Spanakopita, sunny vegetable crisp, lemon confit financiers, duck confit moelleux...
