In this patisserie class, you'll learn how to make the signature tart of a great success in the Yvelines, from the patisserie Le Jardin Sucré, in Cernay-la-Ville, in the Vallée de Chevreuse.

Pastry chefs Mélanie Lhéritier and Arnaud Mathez founded Le Jardin Sucré in 2012 when they finished their studies. They quickly won over the local public and now the Parisian public as Le Jardin Sucré now has an address in the Capital, rue de Courcelles.
The tart combines the flavours of pistachio and orange blossom.
In this workshop, you'll learn how to shape a tart circle, make your own pistachio praline and master the art of mousse.
What's more, you'll go home with a dessert to delight your friends and family!
