Located at the heart of the Pavillon Dufour, the refitting of which was entirely entrusted to the architects Dominique Perrault and Frédéric Didier, Ore is a place inscribed in its times. Contemporary reinterpretations of historical decorative themes evoke the splendour of the Sun King. An exceptional setting and view for a unique place, open to all during the day. Ore, which means "mouth" in Latin, refers to the pleasures of the palate, deeply rooted in the French way of life, and particularly, here in Versaille, to the services of the Bouche du Roi, in charge of preparing the meals that were served at court.

As always, Alain Ducasse has taken the greatest care regarding the selection and quality of the produce, with a generous place reserved for vegetables. Perfectly mastered dishes forming a delicious, gourmet, seasonal menu.
