An elegant address within the Waldorf Astoria Versailles – Trianon Palace, Peacock Alley invites guests to discover a signature bar blending the New York heritage of the Waldorf Astoria brand with the French art de vivre of Versailles.
In a chic and contemporary atmosphere, the venue offers a mixology experience featuring signature cocktails reinterpreted with a royal touch, as well as an upscale snacking menu created by Executive Chef Frédéric Larquemin. Guests can enjoy revisited classics such as the Waldorf Salad, Royal Lobster Roll, Caesar Salad and Croque de la Reine.
Peacock Alley is also a refined destination for afternoon tea in Versailles. Created by Pastry Chef Eddie Benghanem, the Afternoon Tea highlights sweet and savoury creations inspired by childhood memories, seasonality and French pastry-making.
Live music is offered on Fridays and Saturdays from 7pm to 10pm, creating an elegant atmosphere to extend the experience.
