Wine trainer and coach for 20 years, certified sommelier-consultant, WSET & EVS certified, sensory analysis expert, ambassador for Burgundy & Champagne wines.
I host wine-focused dining experiences in Versailles, built around food and wine pairings (1 dish / 1 wine) highlighting a specific wine region, as well as “Art & Wine” evenings at the Musée Lambinet.
I teach the pleasure of wine tasting and the knowledge of wines, terroirs and wine history, with the aim of helping participants learn and understand wine in a friendly and engaging atmosphere. Without stripping away its essence, I make wine accessible to all, including beginners.
I work with works councils, associations, seminars, and both professional and private events.
I operate in Versailles, Paris, the Île-de-France region, as well as in departments 45, 27 and 76.
